Coaching at The RunSpace

I offer two coaching options tailored to suit different athletes, and support runners of all levels and experience. This page details 1-2-1 coaching, the most comprehensive package.

Since working with Cat, all my run times are massively faster, and I don't get injuries every 5 minutes anymore which is honestly just the best thing. 


Before I started working With Cat I was collecting injuries like they were pokémon cards. Despite running 2 marathons 3 weeks apart, my legs somehow still work!

My 10km best was 46.33 and is now 43:02. The coaching and training plan has really improved my fitness, stamina and running technique!

I started training with Cat 5 years ago, and I think we both distinctly remember me throwing a tantrum over having to run for 30 minutes straight! Since then, I’ve ran 4 marathons (with a PB every time), taken my half marathon from 2:22 to 1:39, and my 10K from 1:06 to 44 minutes. 


Beyond the numbers, Cat’s coaching has transformed my fitness and confidence. She’s helped me to build endurance, speed, and mental resilience; I’ve become not just a stronger runner, but a more consistent and motivated athlete.

Sorry, I'm not taking on 1-2-1 athletes at the moment - the last launch sold out in 6 minutes! My next launch is 01 January, BUT if you're keen, please do drop me a message using the link below. God loves a trier... and Cat loves a keen runner! Touching base and having a chat goes a long way and that way, if spaces open early and I think you're a good fit, I can let you know. 


I've signed up! What happens now? 

Once you've signed up, you'll be emailed a few next steps including a form to fill out full of questions about YOUR running, a few sessions to keep you going while I set up your app, and you'll also be able to select your start date (usually next Monday, as long as the steps in the email are complete by Friday). 

I'll set you up on my app, and then, we're good to go.
