Small Group PT for Runners

In addition to 1-2-1 PT, I also offer small group personal training. This class runs at 7:30-8:15 on Friday mornings at Par Track, and is bookable in 6-week blocks. 

In each block, we'll look at developing a different area of running strength, including developing pace and endurance, injury prevention, and improving running form.  

This is suitable for all levels of runners, from track athletes to those who want to complete couch to 5km without neglecting the bigger picture! 

This includes not only the session itself, but 2 supplementary sessions you can do in your own time at home, and inclusion in a supportive community with access to a PT at all times for questions and accountability. All this for just £45 for 6 weeks!

1-2-1 coaching

I offer individual and group sessions at Par Track and Gym, subject to booking and availability. 


The scope of these can be from rehab for running-specific injuries, to one-off gait analysis to assess and progress your running form, to full on track sessions working on form and speed!
