Group Courses
These group courses are a great way to experience professional online run coaching in a fun, social setting! They're restricted to 25 athletes at a time, and sell out fast. Places will be released on a first-come, first-served basis on this website, and you can sign up to the mailing list for live updates on course release dates.
The HYROX Method is an 12-week long group course delivered by The RunSpace in tandem with Hyrox affiliates CORE fitness, expertly combining experienced strength racing with professional run coaching.

FUEL is an 8-week long group course delivered by The RunSpace in tandem with Nutritionist Dan Colombini, looking at calories, protein, carbohydrates, electrolyte balance, women's nutrition, hydration and more!

FIRE is an 8-week long group course delivered by my collaborative project RUN PERCENT! Together, we bring you the best of One Percent fitness AND The RunSpace. We'll be looking at different training techniques to improve your 5km time. Throughout the course, we'll train hard, looking at form and strength as well as speed so you can level up your parkrun!
